Thank you for shopping at Anchor in Sand. We want you to love your coastal-inspired purchase! Please review our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges below.
Returns
Because our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers through Syncee, return eligibility depends on the supplier’s individual return policy. In general:
Most items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/color choices, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Email us at Chris@anchorinsand.com within 7 days of delivery
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
- We will contact the supplier and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability and supplier policy.
Refunds
Refunds are processed:
- Only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- After supplier confirmation and approval
- To the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank)
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed by the supplier, it cannot be canceled or modified.
